I am an executive and leadership coach, and I work with people facing challenges, or wishing to find more professional fulfilment in the charity, government, international and private sectors. I specialise in working with people who want greater precision in their work, and are seeking a higher impact. Maybe you feel under-appreciated? Possibly you have creative ideas which are not manifesting? Or perhaps you are daunted by changes on the horizon? Coaching can reframe perceived obstacles as manageable processes, and reignite your enthusiasm for life.

Coaching is goal orientated and forward looking. I come to ask you insightful questions and create the space for you to undertake deep and intuitive thinking that leads to practical and tangible outcomes. I will support you as you formulate precision around where you want to be, and how to get there. Clarifying your thoughts and goals is iterative, and this exploration forms a significant part of the process. Good coaching will bring you a lucid understanding of next steps.

Qualifications and Professional Ethics; I have an EQA Practitioner level qualification; ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, and am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council). As such I abide by the EMCC code of ethics.
I came to coaching a sceptic but encouraged by line manager for what it could offer and I am now a convert. Lucy has a real gift for this – putting me at ease, asking the questions that need to be asked while leaving time for me to answer. I held the answers and Lucy facilitated me getting to them without judgement or helping me to create the usual excuses for why I had not achieved my aims.
