I am an executive and leadership coach working with people who are navigating challenge or seeking greater fulfilment and impact in their professional lives. My clients work across the charity, government, international, and private sectors.

I specialise in supporting people to align their work with their values. When integrity is present, work becomes more effective, more meaningful, and more sustainable.

Coaching supports greater awareness, clearer thinking, and stronger alignment, enabling you to work with more ease, precision, and impact.

If we choose to work together, your development will be my priority. You will have my full attention and commitment, and the journey will be both purposeful and rewarding. I will accompany you through change with care, presence, and confidence.

Coaching is goal‑oriented and forward‑looking. I ask insightful questions and create space for deep, intuitive thinking that leads to practical outcomes. Together we clarify where you want to be and how to get there. This process is iterative, and thoughtful exploration is central to it. Good coaching brings clarity and a strong sense of next steps.

Appreciation

I came to coaching a sceptic but encouraged by line manager for what it could offer and I am now a convert. Lucy has a real gift for this – putting me at ease, asking the questions that need to be asked while leaving time for me to answer. I held the answers and Lucy facilitated me getting to them without judgement or helping me to create the usual excuses for why I had not achieved my aims. I am delighted with the results of the sessions and have a plan moving forwards to maintain them, if I need a reset or additional coaching I will be going back to Lucy.

‘I like the questions you asked of me, getting me to think about different perspectives, and getting me to really question myself too. I think asking me questions really helps me to grow and widen my thought process and I enjoy being challenged to come up with answers. You helped me feel at ease. I think we gelled, and I appreciate your style. You seem calm and thoughtful and I think that’s really important for me, as the calmness helps me to slow down too.’

I’ve found working with Lucy an enjoyable and insightful experience.  She is easy to build a rapport with, has a natural coaching style and an ability to ask the right questions, to narrow the focus of the session on the important issues.  The sessions have made me think deeper about topics which isn’t something I tend to do unless I’m pushed and has resulted in a few ‘lightbulb’ moments that have genuinely helped me to be more effective in my role.

‘What it [the coaching] did achieve was a feeling of weight-relief over worries that have been quite deeply-rooted for a while. I really felt as though my mental tectonic plates shifted after we spoke, and I felt much more optimistic and excited! I also felt validated and a little more confident, which is a problem that crosses both personal and work-life spheres’
